Meet Brian Jamros, Athletic Director

    Brian Jamros is the new Athletic Director here at the College of St. Scholastica. He has quite a bit of experience in the field, and has a lot to bring to CSS. Jamros worked at Concordia University-Saint Paul for 10 years as Director of Marketing, Assistant Athletic Director, and Associate Athletic Director. He also worked at the University of Minnesota as Special Events and Premium Seating Coordinator, and at Concordia University – Portland as Vice President and Director of Athletics.

    Jamros is originally from Moose Lake, MN. After high school he attended University of Northern Colorado and Concordia University, Saint Paul. He was a college basketball player.

    In regards to Athletic Directing, Jamros says, “It is the best job out there and there are not a lot of openings in the profession. I feel very blessed to be the AD here at CSS and look forward
to a great first year.”

    Jamros plans to bring energy, passion, and excitement to CSS Athletics. He is originally from the area and calls it “a homerun personally for my family to get back to MN.” Jamros is excited about being at CSS for the success of the school both academically and athletically. His favorite thing about the Duluth area is the people. Brian Jamros reports he is “excited to start” at St. Scholastica, and certainly has some great goals for Saints athletics.
